When you pay, your card details go directly into their encrypted systems. My IT Pro Service never sees, touches, or stores your credit card number or CVV code. We only receive a notification that the payment was successful so we can instantly deliver your product.

We use your email exclusively to deliver the templates you paid for and to provide customer support if you need help setting up your workflows.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We respect your inbox, meaning we will not send you marketing emails unless you explicitly ask us to.

Our website uses a few essential cookies just to make the checkout process work properly. They remember your session (like the workflow package you selected) so you do not lose your order before paying.

We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or anything designed to follow you around the internet.

We keep basic order records, such as your name and transaction reference, for up to five years. This is strictly required to comply with standard tax and accounting laws.

We do not keep this data longer than legally necessary. After this period, it is permanently deleted from our systems.

You have full control over your personal information. You can ask us to show you exactly what data we have, correct it if it is wrong, or permanently delete it.
